Located in the Montorgueil district of Paris, this 395 sqm photo studio was designed as a hybrid venue dedicated to major fashion and luxury events. Conceived to host collection launches, runway shows, photo shoots, and exclusive gatherings — including the launch of a new Porsche and events for Carine Roitfeld’s fashion magazine — the space offers a powerful and flexible setting.

 

The architecture embraces a New York warehouse aesthetic: preserved raw walls, exposed historic brickwork, authentic materials, and generous volumes. This controlled roughness contrasts elegantly with the sophistication of luxury brands, creating a bold and contemporary atmosphere.

 

High ceilings and abundant natural light provide complete scenographic freedom. More than a studio, the venue stands as an immersive, vibrant creative platform at the heart of Paris.
