The layout revolves around an open kitchen, transforming culinary gestures into a live performance. Materials are rich and enveloping: patinated wood, deep velvet, terracotta tones, and muted reds create an intimate yet vibrant atmosphere. Soft lighting defines the volumes and enhances the sensory experience.

More than a restaurant, Guise Trattoria was designed as a living space — a place to gather, celebrate, and connect. Every detail, from custom furniture to textured walls, contributes to a strong and elegant identity. A Parisian trattoria where tradition, conviviality, and modernity coexist in balance.
