Located in Montrouge, this 1,160 sqm social residence designed for the SAMU Social de Paris was conceived as a true living environment, adapted to the complex realities faced by vulnerable families. The project includes 29 apartments designed as compact suites welcoming isolated women and their children, offering dignity, light, and security.
The architecture was driven by a strong commitment to inclusion and rebuilding lives. Shared spaces encourage social connection: meeting areas, children’s play zones, and dedicated spaces for professional reintegration. Each unit balances privacy with community support, fostering both independence and solidarity.
Built from the ground up, the residence embodies a long-term social and responsible approach. It was awarded the title of France’s most beautiful social residence by Le Point and Le Parisien, highlighting both its architectural quality and its human impact.
