Formerly an embassy overlooking Parc Monceau, this 550 sqm private mansion has been entirely restructured into an exceptional family residence. The challenge was to transform an institutional building into a harmonious and intimate home for a family of five, where each child benefits from an independent apartment, while dedicated staff quarters are seamlessly integrated with elegance and discretion.

 

An additional lower-ground level was created to house a complete wellness area including a spa, hammam, gym, and indoor swimming pool — conceived as a private sanctuary within the residence.

 

The terrace was elevated to capture immediate and majestic views over the park, bringing landscape and light into everyday life. The staircase, fully redesigned, stands as the architectural centerpiece: sculptural and structuring, it embodies the renewed identity of the house — balancing Parisian grandeur with contemporary refinement.
