Behind La Samaritaine, in a discreet pocket of central Paris, stood a modest 100 sqm apartment. A compact canvas facing an ambitious brief: to integrate three genuine bedrooms while preserving a living room of striking generosity.

The challenge demanded surgical precision. Every square meter was reconsidered, optimized, reinterpreted. Partitions were redesigned as controlled architectural lines; circulation was compressed without feeling constrained; bespoke storage dissolved into the walls with near invisibility. Nothing was allowed to weigh down the spatial reading.

The living room, intentionally preserved in generous proportions, becomes the heart of the project. It captures the light, breathes, and delivers that rare sensation of amplitude within a limited footprint.

An exercise in interior architecture where programmatic density meets Parisian elegance — transforming 100 sqm into a space that feels structured, fluid, and luminous.
